The Beck Manufacturing Loader Separator combines the standard material loading sequence with a Patent Pending Dust Separation technology, meaning that no additional equipment or floor space is needed to remove dust from your material.

The Loader Separator can be integrated into your existing central material system or set up as an independent standalone unit. When the Loader Separator calls for material, the material enters the unit and is forced through an internal perforated cyclone that uses centrifugal force and the existing vacuum pressure to remove dust from your material. The dust is then carried away to your filter station while the clean material exits the base of the Loader Separator.
